ערב הכניסה לארץ המובטחת משה מכנס את כוווולם סמוך למעבר אלנבי
וכורת ברית. למה עוד אחת?
"למען הקים אותך היום לו לעם"'

ומה אנו כעם צריכים לעשות בארץ?

"ויתשם ה' מעל אדמתם באף ובחמה ובקצף גדול וישליכם אל ארץ אחרת כהיום הזה"

בימים ההם בזמן הזה- האויב אותו אויב, עם אותה מטרה..
האם היום הוא "יום נקם בלבי" במטרה שהשנה הבאה עלינו לטובה תהיה "שנת גאולי באה" כמאמר המשך הפסוק?

Tomorrow we will read (Deuteronomy 29):
"You stand this day, all of you, your elders, your officers, your kids, all bet Israel" (see the singers)
"to enter into the covenant of your God"

Right before entering the promissed land Moses gathers everyone by Alenbi Crossing and has a new covenant. What for?
"in order to establish you this day as God’s nation"

And what do we as a nation need to do in the Land?
So there are 2 options:

"See, I set before you this day life and prosperity, death and adversity."

For those who choose prosperity- meaning "to walk in God’s ways, and to keep God’s commandments, God’s laws, and God’s rules"
Then you will receive: " thrive and increase, and that your God may bless you in the land that you are about to enter and possess"

And for those who choose adversity:
"all its soil devastated by sulfur and salt, beyond sowing and producing, no grass growing in it, just like the upheaval of Sodom and Gomorrah"
"God uprooted them from their soil in anger, fury, and great wrath, and cast them into another land, as is still the case.”

Sound horrible! What will the UN say?
"all nations will ask, Why did God do thus to this land? Wherefore that awful wrath?"

We can this week, 23rd Elul, 24 years after, to stand here in Jerusalem mountains

And point west on Kibbutz Tzubah, point east on to Ramot interchange, and on the memorial in front of us;
The only memorial outside the USA comemoratin all the names (5 of them Israelis.)
In the base of the memorial there is a piece of metal from the TwinTowers
The memorial is designed like USA flag waving up high like a flame.

Like the prophet describes (Isaiah 62):
"For the sake of Zion, I will not be silent, and for the sake of Jerusalem I will not rest, until her righteousness comes out like brilliance, and her salvation burns like a torch"

In those days and today- the enemy is the same enemy, with the same goal..
Is today "For a day of vengeance was in My heart"
In order that the new year to come will be
"and the year of My redemption has arrived"?

Days will say..
