מחר, "בחמישה עשר יום לחודש השביעי" נקרא את פרשיית "וידבר משה את מועדי ה' אל בני ישראל"
על פירוט חגי ישראל החקלאיים "באספכם את תבואת הארץ".
הרי בסוף חגים הם סביב האוכל..
ואיפה אוכלים? "בסוכות תשבו שבעת ימים"

אבל איך אפשר לשבת, כשבעצרת האו"ם עומדים מנהיגי העולם ותוקפים אותנו?
כמאמר ההפטרה "ואספתי את כל הגויים אל ירושלים למלחמה.."

ואז הגיע תורו של ראש הממשלה לנאום (בסוגריים- הערת העורך):
* 'סיפור העם היהודי הוא בן 3000 שנה, מדברים באותה השפה. (ע"ע ספרי תורה בכל העולם)
* המלחמה היא על קיומה של המדינה היהודית- יהודי מגיע מיהודה!
* יהודה ושומרון- ליבה של המולדת ההסטורית של העם היהודי. (לספר יש ארץ)
* זו ארצנו, זו עירנו, ירושלים היא בירתנו הנצחית וארדואן לא ישלוט בה (לארץ יש עיר)

וכמובן שהזכיר גם את המכתב שכתב נריה:
'אין לנו ארץ אחרת, זו זכות להגן עליה'
נריה הוא בנו של שגרירנו, המחבר הרשמי בין DC לירושלים,
אשר כתב בתגובה לפיגוע: 'שוב מנסים לנשל את עם ישראל מארצו'

איך קרה שרה"מ, השגריר וגם בנו, שלושתם מדברים על 'ארצו של עם ישראל?'
התשובה נמצאת בספר הכתוב בעברית, שנכתב לפני 3,000 שנה ובו גם מקור הסיבה שאנו יושבים בסוכה:
"דבר אל בני ישראל.. כי תבואו אל הארץ אשר אני נותן לכם"

וכשמגיעים לארץ החל ממחר צריך לעלות אל הרגל לירושלים-
בחג שבו נידונים על המים נבקש ש"ביום ההוא יצאו מים חיים מירושלים"
וכשיש מים אז "ישבו בה, וחרם לא יהיה עוד וישבה ירושלים לבטח"

ואז כינוס הגויים המאוחדים יתקיים בירושלים ולא בניו יורק שנאמר:
"והיה כל הנותר מכל הגוים הבאים על ירושלים ועלו מדי שנה בשנה להשתחות למלך ה' צבאות ולחוג את חג הסוכות"

ואותו היום יהיה ‘’יום אחד לא יום ולא לילה והיה לעת ערב יהיה אור’’
'הוא חייב להיות הרי אין לנו אפשרות אחרת' כי 'נצח ישראל לא ישקר’
חג שלום ושבת שמח לעם ישראל

Tomorrow, on "the fifteenth day of the seventh month," we will read the passage where "Moses declared the appointed festivals of the Lord to the Children of Israel,"
detailing the agricultural festivals of Israel "when you gather in the produce of the land."
After all, holidays ultimately revolve around food…
And where do we eat? "You shall dwell in Sukkot for seven days."

But how can we sit when world leaders stand at the UN General Assembly and attack us?
As the Haftarah reading says: "And I will gather all the nations against Jerusalem for battle…"

And then it was the Prime Minister's turn to speak (Editor's note):
* The story of the Jewish people is 3,000 years old ; we speak the same language. (See: Torah scrolls across the globe.)
* The war is about the very existence of the Jewish state, the word Jew comes from Judea!
* Judea and Samaria- the heart of the Jewish people's historic homeland. (The book has a Land)
* This is our land, this is our city; Jerusalem is our eternal capital, and Erdogan will not rule over it (the Land has a City).

And, of course, he also mentioned the letter written by Neria:
"We have no other land; it is a privilege to defend it."
Neria is the son of our Ambassador, the official link between DC and Jerusalem,
who wrote in response to the attack: "Once again, there is an attempt to dispossess the People of Israel from their Land."

How did it come about that the Prime Minister, the Ambassador, and his son- all three of them spoke of "the land of the People of Israel"? Well the answer lies in a Book written in Hebrew 3,000 years ago, a book that also contains the reason why we sit in the Sukkah:
"Speak to the Children of Israel… when you come into the land that I am giving you."

And upon arriving in the Land, starting tomorrow one must make the pilgrimage to Jerusalem:
On the festival when judgment regarding water takes place, we pray that "on that day, living waters shall flow out from Jerusalem."
And when there is water, then "they shall dwell in it, and there shall be no more curse; and Jerusalem shall dwell securely."

Then, the gathering of the United Nations will take place in Jerusalem, not in New York, as it is written:
"And it shall come to pass that everyone who is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall go up from year to year to worship the King, the Lord of Hosts, and to keep the Feast of Sukkot."

And that day will be "one unique day, neither day nor night, but at evening time there shall be light."
It must be so 'for we have no other option since "the Eternity of Israel will not lie."
A peaceful holiday and a happy Sabbath to the People of Israel.
