על ספירת העם ומשמרת המקדש

הערב נקבל את השבת הלאומית במילים; 'ארבעים שנה אקוט בדור' כרמיזה להליכה "במדבר סיני באוהל מועד".
זוהי הפרשה שנקרא מחר.

הפרשה פותחת בספירת העם וחלוקת גזרות לפי שבטים.
כשבמרכז שבט "הלווים יחנו סביב למשכן.. ואהרון ובניו שומרים את משמרת המקדש למשמרת בני ישראל".

מאז שהגענו לשליחות נאמר לי ש;
האמריקאים לא מכירים תנ"ך,
ולך תסביר להם מה זה להיות יהודי,
ושירושלים היא פוליטית מדי בשביל לדבר עליה..

והנה ביום ירושלים, המסמל את חזרת עם ישראל לארצו התנ"כית,
בקריאה המפורסמת 'הר הבית בידינו'.
בתאריך הלועזי של הכרזת העצמאות, עומד הנשיא השכן ומכריז על שבת לאומית.

איזה עוד סימנים אנחנו צריכים??
בארץ יש מלחמה פיזית.
אך פה בזירה הדיפלומטית,
האם אנחנו אומרים ש:
לישראל יש את 'הזכות לקיום ולהגנה עצמית?'
או
את 'החובה לקיים מדינה יהודית בארץ ישראל היא מדינת ישראל??'

נסיים את קבלת השבת

ולמרות המלחמה בצפון הגליל 'הצדיקים יפרחו כתמר, כארז בלבנון ישגו שתולים בבית ה' בחצרות אלוהינו יפריחו'

אנו לא רוצים מלחמה אלא את ברכת ההפטרה: "וקשת חרב ומלחמה אשבור מן הארץ והשכבתים לבטח"

And in the center of the camp we have the tribe of "the Levites will be around the Tabernacle.. Aaron and his sons protecting the Holy site to keep the Israeliets"

Since we've arrived to the US I've been told that:
Americans don't know the Bible,
You can't explain to them Judaism,
And that Jerusalem is to political to speak about..

And today, Jerusalem Day which marks the return of the People of the Book to the Land of the Book, with the famous call 'Temple mount is in our hands'.
On the date of declaration of Independence,
The President declares a National Sabbath.

Do we need more signs??
In Israel, the war is physical.
here in the Diplomatic front, are we SAYING that:
'Israel has the right to exist and defend itself?'
OR
'Israel has the Duty to have a Jewish state in the land of Israel??'

We will conclude the welcoming of the Sabbath with

And despite the war in northern Galilee 'the righteous will flourish as a palm tree, grow like a cedar of Lebanon planted in the HOUSE of the Lord they will flourish in the courts of our God'

We do not war, but the blessing of the Haftarah:
"A bow, a sword and war I shall break from the earth and will lay them in peace"

Today is 43 of the Omer
The merciful will cover us with a suka of mercy life and peace.. blessed be he that builds a SUKAH of peace, for us, and all of Israel, and for Jerusale
