על אחריות, משמעות המילה וגבולות ארץ אבותינו

השבוע בפינתנו ארץ DC ירושלים:
מהי ציונות?
'ציונות היא הזכות של היהודים להגדרה עצמית, בחלקים מארץ מולדת אבותיהם, ישראל'

מחר נקרא בפרשות ‘’וידבר משה אל ראשי המטות לאמור: אלה מסעי בני ישראל"
על אחריות, משמעות המילה, וגבולות ארץ אבותינו.

השבוע התרחשו בDC שני כנסים של 'ראשי המטות.'
האחד- לכבוד חגיגות ה250 כל מדינה ומדינה הביאה מטוב הארץ להציג ביריד.
השני- ארגון CUFI חברינו הקרובים שסיסמתם: 'למען ציון לא אחשה' (ישעיה ס"ב)

ביריד, עברנו מסע בין המדינות המתארות את גבולותיה של אמריקה.
ובCUFI יצאנו למשימה לדרוש מהממשל לבחון מחדש את ההסכם עם איראן.
ככתוב בתחילת הפרשה:
"איש כי יפליא לנדור נדר.. ככל היוצא מפיו יעשה"!
ובאותו היום הממשל חזר אל שדה הקרב במטרה "לנקום את נקמת בני ישראל מידי המדינים כי צוררים הם לכם בניכליהם"

בכנס שגרירנו נאם:
‘שזה הדור היהודי הטוב ביותר, דור שלוקח אחריות.
דור כששואלים אותו "האחיכם יבואו למלחמה ואתם תשבו פה?"
הם עונים
אנחנו לוקחים אחריות: "נבנה ערים לטפנו, ואנחנו נחלץ חושים לפני בני ישראל".
ולמרות שבמשך דורות ניסו לשרוף את התנ"ך, הוא רק נהיה נפוץ יותר יחד עם ההבטחה של אלוהים שמתקיימת בימים אלה.
אנחנו צריכים לקחת אחריות אישית ולקרוא את התנ"ך'.

השגריר ביקש- אנחנו קוראים.
הפרשה ממשיכה בפירוט מסעי בני ישראל, ובסופם גבולות הארץ וההוראות לכיבושה:
"והורשתם והתנחלתם את הארץ! ואם לא תורישו את יושבי הארץ, והיו לשיכים בעיניכם ולצנינים בצדיכם וצררו אתכם על הארץ אשר אתם יושבים בה’’

אז מלחמה אינסופית? עד מתי??
הפרשה מתארת בפרוטרוט גבולות ברורים, נתמקד בזוג המפורסם:
"וזה יהיה לכם גבול מן הים הגדול…ים כנרת וירד הגבול הירדנה והיו תוצאותיו ים המלח. זו תהיה לכם הארץ לגבולותיה סביב"

אז מה נגיד על ההגדרה שבסרטון?
"שומו שמיים על זאת" כמאמר ההפטרה.

לנו נשאר רק לדייק בלשוננו מה אנו שבים ואומרים כאן לשכנינו הגוים המחכים לברכתינו עליהם.

Tomorrow we will read Parashot Matot Masei, "And Moses spoke to the chiefs of the staffs saying: These are the Journeys of the children of Israel"

This week, two conferences of the 'chiefs of staffs' took place in DC.

One – in honor of the 250th anniversary, each state brought from the good of their land to present at the fair.

At the fair, we traveled through the states that describe the borders of America.
And at CUFI, we set out on a mission to demand that the administration reexamine the agreement with Iran.
As it is written at the beginning of the parsha:
"A man who made a vow… he must do whatever comes out of his mouth!"
And on that day the administration returned to the battlefield with the goal of "avenging the children of Israel from the hands of the Midyan because they are your enemies in their treachery."

At the conference, our ambassador spoke:
"This is the best Jewish generation, a generation that takes responsibility."
A generation when asked, "your brothers go to war and you will sit here?"
They answer
We take responsibility: "We will build cities for our children, and we will march ahead before the children of Israel."
And although for generations nations have tried to burn the Bible, it is only becoming more common, along with God's promise that is being fulfilled these days.
We need to take personal responsibility and read the Bible'

The ambassador asked, so we will continue reading.
The parsha continues with the details of the journeys of the Israelites, the borders of the land and the instructions for conquering it:
"And you shall possess and settle the land! And if you do not possess the inhabitants of the land, then they shall be your enemies by your side, and they shall besiege you in the land in which you dwell."'

So endless war? Until when??
The parsha describes in detail clear borders.
we will focus on the famous couple:
"And this shall be your border from the Great Sea…the Sea of Galilee and the border of the Jordan and its ends shall be the Dead Sea. This shall be your land with its borders all around."

So what shall we say about the definition in the video?
"for heaves sake"' as the Haftarah says.

According to the Bible;
* Zion- is a very precise location.
* The borders of the homeland of our ancestors are precisely detailed.

All that remains for us is to specify our language, what are we going back saying here, to our Gentile neighbors who await our blessings upon them.
As the words of the end of the haftarah:
"If Israel returns, to me they will return. In truth, in justice and in righteousness, and the nations will be blessed in her and in her they will boast."

in order for us to return 'and be a free people in our land"
