מחר "החמישה עשר יום לחודש השביעי חג הסוכות"
נקרא בתורה על שלושת הרגלים והקרבנות שאנו מקריבים..
האם אנחנו צריכים להקריב ובאיזה מחיר זה דיון חשוב,
מה שלא נתון לדיון זה "שור או שה אותו ואת בנו לא תשחטו ביום אחד" זה פשע מלחמה!

למה אני נרגש? כי ההפטרה אומרת ש:
"הנה יום בא לה' וחולק שללך בקירבך"
ולמרות שלפני שנתיים "אספתי את כל הגויים אל ירושלים למלחמה, (טופאן אלקצא) ויצא חצי העיר בגולה… ויצא ה' ונלחם בהם יום קרב"
אולי היום יתקיים ההמשך: "ביום ההוא ונבקע Mt Olives (61).. וביום ההוא יצאו מים חיים מירושלים.. וחרם לא יהיה עוד וישבה ירושלים לבטח"

היום ערב חג האסיף, נתאסף כולנו "והחזיקו איש יד רעהו" מי שהוא אתרוג, לולב, הדס או ערבה. כולנו יחד נאסוף את אחינו,
אבל לאן? מי שלקבורה אז לMt. Olives (או הרצל)
ומי שנותר? יחד עם כל שכנינו שאוהבים אותנו נקיים את:
" והיה כל הנותר.. הבאים על ירושלים ועלו מדי שנה בשנה להשתחוות למלך ה' צבאות ולחוג את חג הסוכות"
בתפילה שאחינו יצאו ממתחת לאדמה אל תחת הסכך, ואנו נראה לעולם כולו שהסוכה היא רק סמל 'לבית ארעי'
ולמה אנחנו צריכים את הסמל?
כי ישראל היא 'בית הקבע' שלנו.

Today, few hours before it's 2 years, while we all wait for an official message from DC
Tomorrow "the fifteenth day of the seventh month the festival of Sukkot"
We will read in the Torah about the three pilgrimage festivals and the sacrifices we do…
Whether we need to sacrifice and what is the cost? that is an important discussion..
What is NOT a discussion is:
"Do not slaughter a cow or a sheep and its young on the same day." That's a war crime!

And why am I excited? Because the Haftara (Zacharia 14) says that: "A day of the Lord is coming, Jerusalem, when your possessions will be plundered and divided up within your very walls"
Even though 2 years ago: "I will gather all the nations to Jerusalem to fight against it.. (AlAqsa flood) Half of the city will go into exile.. And God went and fight on a day of battle"
Maybe today the next verses will happen: "And that day the Mount of Olives (61) will be split in two..
On that day living water will flow out from Jerusalem..
never again will it be destroyed. Jerusalem will be secure"

Today right before the holiday of Gathering, we will Gather all together, whether you are the 'fashion fruit', 'palm branch', 'Myrtle' or 'Willow'. We will Gather our brothers,
But where to?
Those for burial to Mt Olives (or Herzel)
And those who survived?
So with our loving neighbors:
"Then the survivors.. will go up to Jerusalem year after year to worship the King, the Lord Almighty, and to celebrate the Festival of Sukkot"
With prayer our brothers&sister will exit from underground to under the Schach,
And we will show the whole world that the Sukah is just a symbol of 'temporary house'
Why do we need the symbol?
Because Israel is our 'permanent house!'
